The awards are for children or young people under the age of 25, and can be awarded to a group or an individual. Young people can make a difference to society in all sorts of ways, including; fundraising, campaigning, befriending or helping other people. If you know of a child or young person who has made a significant or unusual contribution to society or the local community, or to an individual, you can nominate them on the online form.
