Stuff4Teaching grants you access to our site in accordance with the following terms of use.

1. Membership

Membership gives you the right to personally access Stuff4Teaching, the links to teaching resources and the tools provided on the site for the duration of your membership.

We offer two different periods of membership, as described below.

1.1. Yearly membership

Yearly membership gives you the right to use the service for 12 months from the date that access is provided.

1.2. Three monthly membership

Our Three monthly membership option gives you the right to use the service for 3 months from the date that access is provided.

2. Renewals

If you join Stuff4Teaching using a credit card, your membership will be carried over to a new term on the last day of your subscription period, and your credit card will be automatically re-billed. You may cancel your membership or your upcoming renewal term by informing Stuff4Teaching. This action must occur at least 72 hours prior to the last day of your membership term. By canceling your renewal fees all future payments will be cancelled, however, you will still maintain access to our resources until the last day of your current term of membership.

3. Service Delivery

As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. If you have not received an email from Stuff4Teaching within 24 hours, please contact us. Once you receive the email with your account details, you will have immediate access to the Stuff4Teaching site. The email address you give us, must be valid, as we will use it to contact you.

Note: Your membership may sometimes be slightly delayed, pending a manual antifraud check up from Paypal.

4. Refund Policy

Since Stuff4Teaching is offering a non-tangible service please contact us describing your reason for a refund request. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.

5. Privacy Policy

Any personal information submitted by you will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the service, addressing any customer service issues and providing you with updates on changes to the site.

6. Warranty

All reasonable efforts will be made to provide a good working service at all times, however, Stuff4Teaching gives no warranty or guarantee for our service in any manner. Please ensure that your browser works with our site prior to becoming a member. 

7. Passwords

It is your responsibility to keep your access details secure. Stuff4Teaching reserves the right to cancel any membership if a member is found to have shared their password with another individual or organisation.

8. Support

Should you require any help regarding our service, then please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions or solve any issues.

9. Variations

Stuff4Teaching has the right to modify these Terms of use as and when it becomes necessary. It is recommended that members read the Terms of use from time to time.
